This is a sample list of projects I had the opportunity to work on over the last 15 years:

PUBLIC SECTOR

Citizen Care management implementation for a large city around Paris (380m€ annual budget).

Activities: presales with IT and business teams, project qualification, estimation, architecture, and project management until roll out.

Scope of 1800 users including front line workers.

Budget > 1m€, duration: 11 months.

INDUSTRY

Customer engagement and service management (after sales) for a global leader in packaging liquids product and services.

Activities: qualification in presales, solution design and project delivery with the team working on several workstreams: core SFA and Customer Service solution, interfaces, CTI.

Scope of 35 countries and +1100 users.

Budget: 800K€, duration: 12 months. Competition: Salesforce.

INDUSTRY / PET FOOD

Sales automation with iPad Mobile solution working offline with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement for +2000 users in Eastern Europe, Asia and South America (21 countries).

Activities: presales, project requirements, estimation, architecture, and project coordination with all workstreams (CRM, interfaces, master data, change…).

Budget: 1,4m€, duration 16 months. Competition: Salesforce.

DISTRIBUTION / B2B

Mobile customer engagement for the leading wholesaler in electrical supply distribution. The project covered 5 regions in France including 1000 sales reps, 500 offices and 2000 back-office users.

Activities: diagnostic phase with recommendation plan and roadmap, project definition and organization, presales with business and IT teams, solution architecture and project delivery until roll out (change out of scope). Competition: Salesforce.

Budget: 1,2m€, duration: 11 months.

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATIONS

Sales force automation for 350 sales reps and management teams.

Activities: business workshops to define vision and high-level requirements and worked with the IT team to design the “to be” architecture with the new CRM system. Presales, project execution with different workstreams (CRM, Interfaces, Master data, infrastructure…) until roll out.

Budget: 950 K€, duration: 8 months.

AGRO CHEMICAL

Sales automation with iPad Mobile solution working offline with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement for +2000 users in Eastern Europe, Asia and South America (21 countries).

Activities: presales, project requirements, estimation, architecture, and project coordination with all workstreams (CRM, interfaces, master data, change…).

Budget: 1,4m€, duration 16 months. Competition: Salesforce.

RETAIL / BtoC

A large furniture and homeware retailer was looking for a new Customer Service solution to improve the customer experience and post sales incident management.

Activities: alignment meetings with the Business + IT Teams and Microsoft to define the vision, roadmap, high level architecture for the project. Managed the presales and delivered the project in 4 countries with a virtual help desk of +250 users.

Budget: 800K€, duration 7 months. Competition: Salesforce.

ENERGY

One of the leading gas providers was looking for a mobile, offline, solution to manage the sales teams (120) working in the field with BtoC customers and small companies (B2B).

Activities: led the requirements analysis, solution definition, project charter and budget. Managed the presales and project execution working with both the sales teams and IT teams.

Budget: 700K€, duration 6 months.

INSURANCE

Leading insurance company for the Justice sector.

Activities: worked with the central IT Team to diagnose the business pains and identify a target new solution with action plans, budget, and high-level architecture. Led the presales and high-level design activities, sold, and delivered the project.

Budget: 700k€, duration 8 months.

INTERNATIONAL NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION

The WW NGO was working with different tools to support their budget and initiatives management worldwide, as it was very inefficient and time consuming, they were looking for support to improve the situation.

Activities: led the qualification phase with the Business representatives and offered a solution based on Microsoft Power Platform that I have designed and delivered with a team of Power Platform developers.

Budget: 550 K€, duration: 7 months.

Data and analytics, BIG DATA, Data Governance and Data Architecture with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Azure

INSURANCE

The company specializes in insurance services for the military forces (+1m members).

Activities: helped the General Manager identify the gaps in the data management and recommended the appropriate action to improve data management, quality, and related processes: set up a master data management solution, defined a data governance and proposed a new organization with the role of an internal data steward.

Budget: 350K€, duration: 4 months.

INDUSTRY

Migration from SAP BI to Microsoft BI for a large international industry provider for adhesive technologies and consumer brands regarding 17 workstreams.

Activities: responsible of the Design team regarding the Data Warehouse and Master Data Management, and single point of contact for the customer project board regarding all design activities.

Team of 70 people, project duration: 2 years, budget > 2,7m€

ENERGY

The company is the leading gas provider in France and was implementing a new core commercial solution.

Activities: led the presales and then the project end to end to implement a complex data warehouse for real-time analysis on the network usage, planned consumptions, deals, auctions, and activity metrics. The project covered data architecture, master data management and data governance topics.

Project duration: 7 months, budget: 650K€

DISTRIBUTION / B2B

The customer is the leading provider for electrical supplies worldwide, they manage a considerable number of product references and were looking for a solution to analyze product logistics, sales performance, ecommerce performance and compute dynamic customer segments for Marketing Campaigns.

Activities: led the design phase and implemented a Big Data solution working on 2 edge network physical appliances and cloud Azure compute. Data presentation was covered with PowerBI for business users.

Budget: 900 K€, duration: 8 months.

REAL ESTATE

The company is one of the leading real-estate companies in Europe, they needed to understand how to better anticipate failure risks for the new projects to be built.

Activities: leading the “data crunching” part with a data scientist and a team of developers to build the predictive model with Azure Machine learning and PowerBI.

Budget: 210 K€, duration: 3 months.

PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY

The company is one of the top Big Pharma worldwide and was looking for a way to improve the sales force effectiveness in 27 countries by merging various data sources including SFA, ERP, external data from IMS, prescription data…

Activities: in charge of the data architecture and setting up the EMEAL data warehouse managing different workstreams: master data management, data warehouse pipelines and OLAP, reporting capabilities. Contributed in the design of the data governance to align the different countries to more harmonized processes and common data definition.

Budget: 5,2m€, duration: 18 months.
